Hi. I'm one of the many people who haven't got my XTH points.

How do I contact support regarding this?

Go to the main Guild Wars Site ( www.guildwars.com ) and click on Support at the top of the page. The various methods of contacting them are listed there.

Kinda sad that we have to contact anet to get our prediction points...

This isnt a bug anymore. This is a complete failure

I have submitted my ticket and they have responded a couple of times saying they are working on it.
